About Us
At One Tribe Yoga Therapy, we believe yoga is more than just movement—it’s a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Rooted in the ancient traditions of India, our approach integrates asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and yoga therapy to create a holistic path to well-being.
Founded by Anusuya, a dedicated Yoga Sadhaka, Therapist, and E-RYT 500 teacher, One Tribe Yoga Therapy is a sanctuary for all—regardless of age, ability, or experience. With deep wisdom passed down from revered masters in India and the U.S., Anusuya offers guidance that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
Our mission is to create a welcoming community where individuals can reconnect with themselves, find balance, and cultivate inner peace. Whether you’re seeking movement, stillness, or therapeutic healing, you’ll find a space to grow, heal, and thrive with us.

My Story
Anusuya is a dedicated Yoga Sadhaka, Yoga Therapist, and E-RYT 500 teacher with a deep passion for holistic healing and transformation. Born in India, the birthplace of yoga, her journey began at a young age with a profound curiosity for Yogic Philosophy and self-inquiry. What started with physical postures soon evolved into an immersive exploration of meditation, breathwork, and therapeutic yoga, leading her to study under revered masters in India and the U.S.
With years of experience as both a student and teacher, Anusuya’s approach weaves together the 8 limbs of yoga, offering a practice that is accessible to all—regardless of age, ability, or experience. She specializes in asana, pranayama, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, crafting sessions that go beyond physical movement to cultivate balance, healing, and inner peace.
Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-discovery. Whether guiding individuals toward physical strength, emotional resilience, or spiritual growth, Anusuya creates a nurturing space for transformation. She is especially passionate about supporting elder souls on their path, ensuring that yoga remains an inclusive and healing practice for all.
Through One Tribe Yoga Therapy, Anusuya shares the timeless wisdom of yoga, empowering individuals to reconnect with themselves, heal, and thrive.
